Taking Advantage of the Halloween Holiday

Halloween has become the non-official kick off of the holiday season.  Many of the Safest in the corporate world use this as an opportunity to get ahead of the official hustle and bustle that December brings.  December is usually the busiest month of the year for most companies.  People are working overtime getting products out, then doing the usual holiday shopping and going to party invites.

December has also historically been the month to show appreciation for all of those who help your company though out the year. But with people working overtime, then doing the usual holiday shopping and going to party invites, the bombardment of gift baskets received only add to the chaos. Your gifts of gratitude can get lost in the shuffle. Many have started to find that the Halloween season is a better time to give thanks, and get your brand noticed by those that matter most.  Sending a gift of delicious treats on Halloween is a great way to show your appreciation, and if done right; it will further market your brand and business.

Studies have shown that the best way to keep oneself fresh in the minds of customers, clients, and business associates is to make an emotional impact. Food is one of the best triggers of emotion, and Halloween sweets are almost universally enjoyed. One way to connect that positive feeling with your company is to have custom cookies created including your logo on it. This is the best way to get an emotional reaction from your target audience.

Custom cookies can be presented in several ways; the most popular way is to include them in a gift basket.  Incorporating custom cookies as well as business cards, brochures and any other informational packets you wish to send, is a great way to create a positive experience associated with your brand. You can also customize this with your company’s colors for that extra touch.

Another option for creating this effect is to include some cookies in a Party Platter.  A platter of cookies alone, or along with some sandwiches, salads, or other sides can have a powerful impact.  This is a good option for an office with a varying number of employees: as your servings do not have to be exact.  It also allows the corporate office workers the opportunity to choose their own type of sandwich for lunch.  Party platters usually come in a wide variety of options; anywhere from more cost effective breakfast platters, to a full lunch or dinner.

A third option is to send box lunches.  With the right Box Lunch company one can send a full box lunch with a custom cookie included.  One such company – Ingallina’s Box Lunch – offers custom cookies in their box lunches, party platters and gift baskets.  They also offer free  delivery throughout the Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles metro areas.

With all of these options it is easy to send a delicious gift to all of those that have helped you get to where you are. No matter what your budget: a sweet Halloween treat can be sent to all of those that matter most.
