Delicious Salad by the Bowl
Jerk spiced roasted sweet potatoes with mango, avocado, sweet red pepper, fresh basil, and red onion on arugula with lime dressing.

Ingallina's Box lunch offers Gluten Free Salad and Box lunch with delicious taste and affordable rates.
Our Each Gluten Free Box Lunch includes Tim’s Chips, fresh fruit, bottled water and our peanut butter chocolate ganache rice crispy bar.
This Salad starts with a delicious bed of gourmet greens topped with fresh mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes, black olives, cucumber slices and roasted chicken breast. Served with our house made balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Cilantro Lime marinated chicken on gourmet greens with fresh red pepper, mango and carrots. Served with house-made sweet mango dressing.
Our gluten free lunches are made with gluten free ingredients, but all are also produced in a facility where there is a potential of cross contamination with wheat. We do our best to prepare all gluten free items separately, but we do not guarantee 100% gluten free.
